At the Laurelhurst Market Butcher Shop, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products available in the city. Featuring all natural, hormone free, antibiotic free meats, we strive to search out the best quality and value.
Everything is made in house - twelve flavors of Handstuffed Sausage; Pates; cured meats - including three or four varieties of smoked Bacon, two different styles of Pancetta, Housemade Lardo, Liverwurst. From our smokehouse - Cajun Andouille, Tasso, Smoked Ham Hocks, Kielbasa, Smoked Ham. And every Tuesday, our famous Fried Chicken sold by the pound.
Think of us as the home cook's pantry - Duck Confit, Rendered Duck Fat, Housemade Lard & Leaf Lard - if we don't have it, we can get it or make it within the next day or two.
Sample meats from local farmers, including Payne Family Farms Pork and Hawley Ranch Lamb. Any one of our talented and friendly butchers will be more than willing to help you - Spencer Adams, Michael Feagin, Devin Nowlin, Dan Serino, Anita Castro, Danny Akins, Benny Becerra, and Seth Jones.
